做些手工藝、隨興的撇圖、做自己想做的事、散步...等等，只要是能讓你減輕壓力的
事情，趁這小段時間好好的去做吧~

註:我很喜歡騎車回家的那一小段時間，因為那代表今天為生活「不得不」的行程已經
結束。哪怕是加班，只要有那一小段時間沉澱，踏回家門的那刻就會覺得是一天的解脫。
