多數合胃口的食物通常會是高熱量或是重口味的東西。
這些東西偶爾吃吃並無不妥,但若作為長期穩定的攝取來源,那麼會有其他更好的選擇。
若我們沒有做好對身體健康的選擇--無論與食物相關與否--這些東西看似會讓我們獲得短
暫的好心情,但事實上並不利於自身。
舉例來說,有的人會喜歡衝動購物來減輕自己的壓力,尤其是剛經歷過一段重大任務後。
適度的衝動無妨,但若因此耽溺於購物的樂趣之中,那麼建議你找尋更好的紓壓管道。

註:紓壓的管道有許多種,有的可以偶一為之,但切記不可以變成習慣。在多數疲憊的時
日中,最好的辦法不是拋棄這些紓壓管道,而是尋找些程度較輕但是能獲得短暫減壓的方
法。
舉例來說:我很喜歡下班後刻意騎車在外溜噠一會再回去,看似是在消耗回家休息的時間,
但事實上是藉由這點時間告訴自己「已經下班可以準備休息了。」
刻意的延緩回家時間,卻可以達到在家時全心放鬆的效果。
Comfort foods tend to be very nourshing and high-calorie intake dishes.
These things are fine once in a while , but a steady diet of such meals wouldn't
be as healthy as other options.
Sometimes our affinity for things in life that brung pleasure and comfort can
work against us if we don't also make healthy choices , whether this is related
to food or not.
For example , some people might choose retail therapy for comfort after a tough
experience.
Once again , moderation is the key.
If you have been indulging too much in a quest for comfort , it is time to head
down a healthier path.
