註:通常檢視自己的成果時，往往會忽略自己的努力及辛勞，因為最終的結果會影響自己，

導致自己不論怎麼努力，只要結果失敗了就會完全的否定自己。當自己覺得失落時，不妨

先沉澱一下，再慢慢檢視自己的努力，看看自己除了目標以外有沒有獲得其他的收穫。

and take another look at what happened.
