越是我們所愛、或是能交心的親密摯友，越有可能在無意間重傷我們。

我們可能會選擇對他說出在意的部分，而非對其他人訴苦。

若最近有人做過類似的事情，或是傷害、觸犯到你，先別急著做出反應，或許對方只是

無意間不小心冒犯到。

但若是這個這個行為有明確的動機或是相關的根據證明，那麼就別多花費心思為他的行為

辯解了。

直白地說出自己的感受，但要知道這可能也是某種讓彼此更密切的契機，呣呣~

註1:每個人或多或少都會犯些無心之過，請先別先入為主的認為對方在迫害自己，或許他

只是不小心而已。但若是有很明顯的動機或證據，那麼不妨直接找對方說清楚。記得，與

他溝通此事並不是吵架或是撕破臉，而是彌平彼此心中的裂痕或鴻溝，雨過天青依然是好

朋友。

The people we love the most and who know the most about us are also the same

to.

We might say or reveal things to someone we know on this level that we would

never say or reveal to anyone else.

If someone has said or done something recently that hurts , recognize that

sometimes this is what comes along with a close connection.

But if that connection offers more positive than negative , then it's worth it.

Express how you feel , but know that there is a great deal of good here too ,
