someone who is rather volatile, and you may fear that a conflict is a big

possibility. It doesn't have to be. You may want to brace yourself for what

you think you will face, but if you go into it in a defensive state it would

almost be like inviting friction. If you go in with a serene and welcoming

attitude, though, you will be surprised by how well it goes. Easy does it.
