positive and hopeful out of it. This may seem like a bad thing at the moment,

but if you don't rush to judgment you may yet see that it was perhaps a

blessing in disguise.

今天得知身邊的一位老師因為身體出狀況而住進了加護病房，
我家魚爸年初也因為同樣的問題而動了兩次手術。
他們的問題看似突然發生，但其實都算是長期累積的。
深深覺得身體健康真的不能夠隨便輕忽。
也才驚覺即使是到了現在周邊的人們對於醫療知識十分不足。

請大家好好注意自己身體的警訊，也多多關心周遭的親朋好友喔。
