ts of it to drag you down. It should not be given the power to alter your mood
or your outlook. It should not darken your interactions with others. You may
feel overpowered by whatever is bothering you, but you can turn the tables and
wind up mastering it instead. All you really need is one small break. All you
need is to get away from it completely, even if it's only for an hour when yo
u allow yourself to feel free and unencumbered. A brief break can make a huge
difference.
