is however not the best possible way to deal with troubles that are on your m
ind, Virgo. Either deal with what's bothering you while you are awake, and con
sider how you can best deal with this while you are cognizant of how you are f
eeling. Or, knowing that you might get to your troubles during slumber, give y
ourself the suggestion before you fall asleep that you will work this out succ
essfully.
