you could easily get caught up in distractions that will eat up your time to be productive.
It does not have to be a case of feast or famine without
any indulgences whatsoever, though.
If you plan out your day in a thoughtful way,
you can allot certain amounts of time here and there where you can break
for recreation or other indulgences.
Taking small breaks could actually make you more productive.
