今日想抒發的心情是：哀
心情背景：似乎很難被了解....
希望跟板友分享的是：跟朋友聊天後有時候感到低落~

有時候發現自己總是能扮演一個好的傾聽者

常常有人喜歡告訴我他們的心事

就算朋友的價值觀和自己不同

但對於別人的煩惱

我還是願意試著去了解他的立場

去體諒他的感受

而不會太主觀的去評論別人的事情

或是認為別人的煩惱其實沒什麼之類的

但身邊這樣的人卻似乎很少

如果和朋友透露一點煩惱的事情

他們往往很容易就把別人的困擾簡單化

或是很主觀的評論

有時候被質疑的時候

當下總是不知道該怎麼反駁

可是事後就會想著

如果當時直接回什麼話就好了XD

是不是天秤都很渴望被了解

或是獲得一點別人的同理心

但往往都是我們自己在做的事情>"<

常常被別人說

"妳好了解我喔"

但我有時候也很想被別人了解~

不想總是得到一句

"是妳自己想太多啦"
