大家好
請問各位處處在壓力大時容易躲起來嗎?
例如
目前有一件很重要的考試要準備
準備的過程很累,也不是自己專精的、有興趣的領域
所以免不了就擔心自己會不會失敗
又加上考試時間快到了
所以心理壓力也有
這時候
我是不是只要偶爾聊聊自己生活的趣事
偶爾關心一下處處
頻率大概一個星期1~2次就夠了
因為我覺得太多的關心會造成更大的心理壓力
反而造成反效果
其實我也很習慣處處那種 不定時期憂鬱的情況
通常會躲起來= =
有時候也感到無奈 也會有點擔心
但是 好像只能給她時間
畢竟每個人都需要學習自己處理情緒、解決問題
哈哈 我想我只是稍微太擔心,才覺得有些困惑
寫些文章抒發抒發
順便來問問
各位處處是不是常常因為 心情不好、沒自信..等等
然後就躲起來了XD
