先說我自己好了~~
有時候我會為了「明明就不會發生的事在那邊執著」,結果不久之後就有點進入自我催眠,開始自我腦補,然後心情開始不好。
不過幸運的是,我有時候可以有一位可以安慰我的朋友,總是在我迷失在自己認知裡的時候拉我一把,將我請回理性的家園。
每次傷心難過的時候就會想去網咖打打LOL,
至少比喝酒抽煙還好(也比較省錢)。傷心的時候造成的頹廢感讓我不想去碰觸任何書本,很喜歡一直躺在床上,更喜歡做很長很長的美夢。雖然夢可能永遠都只是夢,但感覺每次傷心難過睡了一覺後,我又可以再次接受新的每一天。
總結:我傷心難過的時候就是喜歡
放縱自己去做自己喜歡的事+睡覺做夢+吃零食+限制自己不再腦補
