慢性低潮期 - 天蠍

不知大家在低潮期是否會這樣，雖然與人互動都可以笑瞇瞇的，但非必要互動的情況就不
太想理人？

對外工作都可以正常運作，但一回到自我空間就像洩了氣的氣球，懶懶的，完全提不起勁
！

好多事情都背負好久了，好累！那種追求目標的衝勁，感覺已經逐漸被摩掉了。



想問有沒有人碰過這種情況？有什麼建議可以讓人心情比較振作嗎？
