我也是後來才發現，
直接溝通不是人人都具備的技能。
甚至我們也常常因為顧及他人的心情，
很多事無法正面與別人溝通。
（不過別人的話我是不太知道基於什麼理由啦。）
不過我能肯定帶有情緒、或是自己還沒個定論時，
溝通是無效的，
甚至任何的煩惱也只是消磨。
「那是虔誠如我，也不能昇華人的懦弱。」
對方的問題，
只能靜待對方自己處理完畢。
而我們能做什麼呢？
聽聽歌、跑跑步，
做什麼都好，
靜下來感受自己的呼吸心跳，
外在的雜訊，
現在都不重要。
世界上最重要的就只有你自己。
只有你。
