最近還是有很多雜事情容易讓羊羊很煩
有些無法取決於自己
那就只好做好自己的那部分剩下的就看上天了!
不過有努力還是會比沒努力好啦~~
最近開始慢慢動力回來
執行力加強
我給大家的建議是 這段時間培養每天做一些小運動的習慣很不錯
身體健康也會降低煩悶感
