當白目知道自己踩到雷，該如何處置 - 射手

我先承認，我就是那個白目。
我有點木頭，前陣子，被我的射手好友(女)說白目，因為我比較不會察顏觀色，所以有時候，都沒有看出她話中有話，以至於常說錯話，總之，就是跟表達有關。
後來，她明顯表現冷淡。
本來，彼此有空的時候，還會約出去吃美食，看電影，紓解上班的壓力，現在就沒有了。
不知道她到底狀況如何，我也不敢問。
之後，我就有問人，也查資料，看書。終於，我發現怎麼改善這種白目的狀況了。
可是，我不知道需不需要不要跟她表示，我找到問題的根源了。然後我修正。
還是，我自己默默的修正，讓她自己總有一天發現呢？
大家的意見是？
P.S 我怕她會覺得莫名奇妙，會覺得，你改你的，關我什麼事情
