今日想抒發的心情是： 喜/怒/哀/樂
心情背景：哀
希望跟板友分享的是：
秤子會不會面對失敗或覺得自己怎麼努力也不會有好結果的時候，
會有種感覺像浸泡在沮喪裡，不是淹沒，是浸泡。覺得自己一點力
氣也沒有，會流眼淚但沒力氣哭。就默默的，讓眼淚一直流出來。
好像只要一直流淚，傷心、沮喪、無奈、失望就會流光。
呵，但怎麼可能。
不希望別人看見自己、安慰自己，只要好好地、靜靜地，一動不動
把情緒釋放出來，過一會，才能繼續想到底發生什麼事情。
情緒來的時候，好像被按了一個鈕，停止接收外在訊息，思考呆滯
像靈魂出竅。就是一個呆又恍神的狀態，泡在情緒裡（溫泉嗎XD）
真的沒辦法反應耶？腦子不能動，很像反應遲頓？
大家難過的時候都會怎麼處理啊？
