請射手女幫我解答QQ - 射手

我本身是雙子男，最近開始關心射手女。
因為射手女本身身體不好，而且需要準備國考。
可是我們常常聊天聊到半夜，甚至到早上。
不過考試將近，後來發現她身體真的很不好很不好。
因此強硬規定她１２點乖乖上床去睡覺。
可是每次聊天差不多到規定時間時，女生一直不斷延長時間。Ｔ＿Ｔ
不跟她聊天好像也不好，故意趕走她又很奇怪。
然後如果提早提醒她，好像又會很掃興。
真是兩難，唉。
請問要怎麼樣讓射手女心甘情願的去睡覺呢？
