the message because it tells a truth that is hard for you to swallow.
Therefore, you may choose to believe that the person is wrong, or their
perspective is skewed, or you don't understand the message at all. But you
would do yourself a favor if you were to accept what's being said, recognize
that you do understand it and that it does ring true, and then do whatever
you need to do to set things right. Otherwise, an unhealthy situation could
keep going on as it has. Accept the reality, and things can go wonderfully
right.
