of your relationship. Maybe you don't feel comfortable listening, though,
because you are afraid that you will have to also share something personal
in this exchange. But that's totally up to you. If this person is seeking
your help or guidance, and you want to give it, you are under no
obligation to also share your personal stuff, and you certainly don't need
to feel pressured to do so. Help if you wish, but draw the line if you
don't want a mutual exchange.
