Just because your day starts out in a frustrating way - whether it is
today or any other day - does not mean that the frustration has to
continue. We don't have to expect stress or tension to continue.
Sometimes, the choice is ours to make. We may not be able to control the
circumstances of our day, but we can control whether those circumstances
get to us or not. Peace is not an external thing, Moonchild. It is
something that springs from within. Keep that in mind.

就因為這天一開始被搞得很煩躁—不論是今天或其他日子—都不代表那種煩躁的感覺
會繼續下去，我們不需要希望那種壓力或緊張感會延續，有時候這其實是我們自己的
選擇。我們可能沒辦法控制這一天會怎麼樣，但是我們可以控制自己要不要被這一天
搞得心煩意亂。和平不會永遠存在，月之子，記住，和平是來自我們內心深處的泉源。
