After a spate of disappointments, you may be in a defensive mode now,

universe or life itself - is out to make you unhappy. And so you have come
to expect less, or to expect trouble. But you can - and should - stop
feeling that way. When you expect less than you deserve, or when you
expect trouble, that's often what you get! Be very careful that you don't
subconsciously put up a wall that won't permit good things to come in.
Good things are on their way. Let them in.
