Some people think that if they don't have time for a one-hour workout,
they might as well not bother at all. But moving even a little - such as a
walk to the mailbox, vacuuming the house, taking fifteen minutes to do sit-
ups - every bit of it counts. You may have an idea that keeps tapping at
the back of your mind, but you don't engage with it because you don't have
the right amount of time to contribute. But if you sit down each chance
you get and devote that time to it, pretty soon, Cancer, you'll complete
it. Make every moment matter and count.
