You may want to to look ahead to create a plan for reaching a long-time goal. However, Libra, your present obligations may be stopping you. It may be that you can't imagine how you can make plans for the future when there are so many overwhelming obligations or burdens here in the present. You may keep putting off that goal until this or that gets done, but then when you finish up with one responsibility another one arises, and so it goes. You don't have to complete your goal in one fell swoop. Just take
baby steps, and eventually you will get there.
