You may be your own worst critic today, Scorpio. You may be chastising
yourself over a missed opportunity or a mistake. Constructive criticism
can be quite valuable, of course, but the variety of criticism you may be
giving yourself now might be anything but constructive. Don't be harsh. If
you are crossing the line and belittling yourself rather than encouraging
yourself to do better, you must stop. Being inspirational will help you
feel good about yourself and encourage you to try again with better
results.

錯誤而自責不已，當然有建設性的批評是相當珍貴的，可是你現在的各種自我批評或
許不會有什麼建設性可言，別對自己那麼嚴苛。如果你輕視自己，做得太超過，而不
是鼓勵自己要越來越好，那你必須緩一緩。鼓勵自己將會幫助你覺得自己其實很棒，
也能激勵你為了更好的成果而再試一次。
