If you think about it, a fear of heights is more about a fear of falling
rather than just being high up. If you walk to the top of a lighthouse to
admire the view, for example, you won't fall if you stand behind the
barrier. You may have a fear now that is unrealistic or rooted in the
wrong thing, dear Moonchild, yet it may be holding you back in some way.
If you could deconstruct it and try to see it in a more logical way, you
may be able to end that fear and free yourself of it forever. Give it a
try.

如果你願意想想看，怕高其實更像是害怕掉下去，而不只是站在高處而已。舉個例子，
如果你走上燈塔頂端眺望，如果你站在柵欄後方，你就不會掉下去。你現在可能很害
