Anxiety often comes from overthinking. Instead of living in the moment,
some of us and especially you, Moonchild - being such a sensitive soul -
tend to think too far ahead. You may be concerned now about a relationship
or an endeavor you have just gotten started on. You may be worried about
what the next curve in the road will reveal, even though you have no cause
to worry. If you maintain an anxious state of mind, you could wind up with
a self-fulfilling prophecy because we can draw in what we fear. Choose to
be present in the moment, rather than imagining the worst-case scenario in
the future.
