but it isn't a big deal.
Just be sure you don't magnify it in your mind
and react in a way that stirs up real trouble.
You may have found yourself feeling jittery lately
because you have a lot on your plate,
and if you don't do something to center yourself
and find equilibrium emotionally you may wind up flying off the handle
for no good reason.
Take some time to relax and recharge,
and then take a fresh look at that trouble.
You'll see that it really isn't much of a problem.
