When we say that someone is "carrying a torch," we are usually referring to someone who has not gotten over an old flame. This is certainly something that a Leo might do. You are, after all, quite a romantic. And once you fall in love, you are as passionate, devoted, and happy as someone in love can be.
But you can also "carry a torch" for other things in life. And, again, this is just something you have the tendency to do. If there is someone or something in your life that you cannot let go of - even if it is already gone - then you need to start seeking closure. The time is right for that now.
