You aren't particularly happy with some aspect of your life.
This is tiyr reality, though, you may be thinking to yourself.
You may not know how you got to where you are, but you have
more power to free yourself of a difficulty than you realize.

Just as you created your present reality to some degree with
your thoughts and your words and your actions,you have the
power to create something different and better. If you look
at it that way, and you embrace your power, you can make an
important change.

你對於你生活的某部分並不太滿意，雖然你可能認為這就是現實。
也許你不了解你為何會走到這樣的處境，但是你比你所認知的更具
有能量去從困境中釋放自己。某種程度上正是你所想、你所說、你所做
造就了現況，你有能力可以讓事情不同甚至更加美好。如果你用這種
方式去看待並且擁抱你的能量，那你將可以煥然一新。
