We frequently exchange pleasantries with other people. For someone as
gregarious and outgoing as you, Leo, this is probably an everyday happening.
We ask "how are you?" And, when asked in return, we often say "fine" or
something along that line. We wouldn't even think about announcing our
deepest fears, our most worrisome thoughts, or our dark state of mind to
someone in this way. However, if you are suffering now, there is someone who
would welcome you and would offer you hope, support, and encouragement, and
you deserve it.
