我們從小就學會如何評價他人。從幼稚園時他在遊樂場上的表現，到高中時他的穿衣風格，之所以我們總是這樣在意他人、習慣給予批評指教，可以追溯至我們想要找尋自己在群體中的定位。有時候我們對自身下的評語，更是特別犀利。
但你是一個持續成長中的個體，牛牛，你擁有美麗的靈魂和可塑的潛能。當你又想對自己做出評價時，一定要記得，做出你想要的改變，並用愛為之。
註：不要對自己那麼嚴格，今天就輕鬆點吧！

We learn to judge at an early age. From the way someone plays on the playground in kindergarten to the clothes someone wears in high school - we are constantly thinking about and making appraisals of others. Part of that comes from trying to figure out where we stand in the mix. And sometimes our judgment of ourselves can be quite harsh. You are a work-in-progress, Taurus, but you have a beautiful soul and the potential to be anything you want to be. When you assess yourself, as we all naturally do, by
all means, make the changes you want, but do so with love.
