事實上，壓力的源頭是你自己給自己的，建議適時的回頭盤算作取捨。
選擇較費時的路程會較適合你，如果你能找到那樣的方式。

註: 原文希望以走馬看花的方式，邊累積經驗邊往目標前進。但前提是自己要先去除源於自身的壓力。但其實趕快完成也不是壞事，端看自己選擇吧～

Your journey to a goal has many possible routes. You could work yourself to the bone without enjoying the experience as much as you could just to get there quickly. Or, you could take the "scenic route," which might allow you to better savor the experience and probably learn a lot more along the way.
