呣呣~當有些重要的事情出差錯時，你可能會有兩個選擇：找某個負責人來責問、質詢，或

是將重心放在如何挽救事情上。

現在，你可能偶然得知某件事的挫敗源於某個人，或某些行為導致。

但責備這些相關的人、事、物只會把氣氛弄得更糟，而且對於計劃的進展沒有任何的幫助。

人生來就是不斷地在犯錯。

試著盡釋前嫌。

若你這麼做，則你與你的團隊、夥伴關係將會更加牢固，每個人的態度也會更加積極、正向。

註:我有個習慣，在事情出問題的時候往往會嘗試思考自己哪裡出了差錯，接著再檢討他人

過失。這種方法有個好處，會讓你在第一時間的情緒上先緩和，畢竟沒有人會用過度極端

的方式檢討自己(精神類患者除外)，透過思考自己不足的過程，會讓你減緩檢討他人的氣

力，也就不容易與人產生衝突了。如果事情與你完全無關，那麼可以試著先為對方想藉口，

再來檢討他不足的部分，這麼做同樣也是緩和第一時間的情緒。

但若對方已有明確的動機或是罪證，那麼就無須禮讓了。
