Someone close is going to want to talk “finances” it could be a spouse or a
business partner/boss but it’s awkward because there is a sense of duty or
responsibility involved. Like alimony/child support or you owe someone money
- and you don’t know how to pay it - or don’t want to (or vice versa).
At any rate there is some discomfort involved but you’re in a “phase” of
discomfort and stress and that’s because of the emotional component to
whatever is occurring.
