You could go on longing for what is gone, and wallowing in the sense of sadness that it brings, but that won't do anything good for you. In fact, you still have what you feel you lost. It may not be with you in exactly the same way, but it is with you, and the benefits it brought to your life are also with
you.

最近失去的某樣事物，魔魔，
對你來說意義非凡、而且充滿回憶，
所以你覺得非常感傷。
且不管是有形或是抽象的東西，
「失去」的情緒，是一樣的。

你可以繼續懷念渴求已經消逝了的那些，
然後任自已沈溺在隨之而來的傷痛，
可是這樣對你一點都不好。

事實上，你以為已經失去了的，都還在。
或許形態上已經不一樣，
但是還是在你的身邊，
而這樣事物帶給你生命的好處，
也並沒有消逝。
