There may be someone in your life that you find very irritating. Perhaps
this person hasn't exatcly done anything wrong to you; maybe there is just
something about this individual that is like nails on a blackboard to you.
If you have to work with this person or deal with them in some way, it
will be tough if you let these feelings get to you. You could withdraw
into your shell, Moonchild; or you could try to find something likable
about this person that might turn your whole attitude around. The latter
option would, of course, be the best.

你可能覺得某個人很煩，或許這個人不是真的對你做了什麼不好的事，也許是他就像
用指甲刮黑板那樣讓你覺得不舒服。如果你必須跟這個人互動或合作，假設你讓那些
