If you have been feeling lethargic or simply less enthusiastic for life in general, Leo, it may be because you have been giving too much of yourself away. You are often quite selfless, putting others before yourself whenever the call for help comes to you. But in order to be there for others, you have to take good care of yourself too.
If this is the case, this is a good day to start a new regiment(註*). Do something indulgent and nurturing for yourself each day. Over time, you will feel more vibrant and hopeful about yourself and your life, and your outlook will be hopeful and bright as well.
