You may have your eyes on something now that you believe will be the key
to making you happy. You may even believe that if you don't attain that,
you will always be lacking in something and will never be completely
satisfied. But you already have a lot - enough that many other people
would envy you. Sometimes just dwelling on the good in your life will put
a smile on your face. Work towards your goal of course, but don't forget
that your life is already abundant with good fortune. Even if you aren't
wealthy enough or fit enough or whatever else you desire, there are
certainly people in your life or experiences in your life that are worth
celebrating.

你可能正在留意某些你認為可以讓你快樂的關鍵因素，你甚至可能會認為如果你沒有
得到那些要素，你就會永遠少了某些東西，而且再也沒辦法完全心滿意足。但是你已
經擁有很多了——多到足以讓其他人羨慕你，有時候安分地守著生命中那些美好的人
事物可以讓你掛上一抹微笑。當然還是要努力達成自己的目標，可是別忘了你的人生
已經因為好運而富足了。就算你不夠有錢，或是不夠苗條等等，你的人生一定還是有
某些人或經驗值得頌揚。
